1 General Provisions

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the k8x platform. By accessing the k8x website, registering an account, or using any service, you voluntarily agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on k8x, users must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited; if detected, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.3 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. All activity carried out through an account is the responsibility of the account holder. 3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on k8x is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other scheduled banks). Deposits must be made only through a payment method registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal from k8x is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

3.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method — other than one registered in your own name — is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, k8x reserves the right to hold the funds and investigate the account.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

k8x offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Each bonus offer applies only once per household, IP address or payment method.
• If k8x suspects a bonus is being abused, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonus offers may have an expiry date; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

The k8x VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold, calculated on weekly net losses.

6.2 Cashback Calculation
